Feature Requests

It would be very useful if you could give farm managers access to their individual management tags ie the farm they are managing. Currently we can't give the farm managers any access to Farm Focus software as we don't want them accessing some of the other farms/tags info and also some of the companies directors personal information (ie management fees paid, investments held, personal drawings etc)

Please make the new login options smaller so those of us on laptops don't have to scroll down everytime to login

It would very useful if there were two levels of access to one's Farm Focus. For the owner who does the accounts and payments etc.See all and be able to add; change etc. 2 There being a seperate access for the Manager to be able to access the account so they can see how things are working out re budget again actuals. But not be able to change anything. Also that certain codes such as Personnel can be completely hidden from the Manager.

Can we please have credit cards able to be set up as bank accounts to get direct feeds for these. We have many farmers using cards now and its not easy to dissect transactions especially where they dont pay off the balance each month and a pain to have to ask a client for a csv file each GST period. All other software providers have credit card feeds.

I need to be able to give a user access to a third party so they can view the Needs Action area only to code invoices, I do not want them to see my bank transactions or cashflow. It would be great if we could grant access to certain areas only.

It would be good to have the ability to remove user access without the need to contact the owner of the subscription. I.e. access where its no longer required rather than having to contact the client.

In cash manager you had an option on the website to see when other members ie staff, accountants etc last view the programme

It would be great to have redistricted Read only on certain Enterprises as we have Farm, Admin etc

I have never come across a financial programm that uses terms that are not suited, hard to understand, slow, not logic in it operation, but I will keep trying to get into the heads of the IT developers to understand the workings. It is clear that the IT developers are not grass roots farmers,

It would be useful if FF updated the bank transactions more often during the working day. For example a large deposit (or withdrawal) is in the bank but not seen until the next day in FF. This means that the 'real time' look of FF is behind and updated decisions are more difficult to work on for planning with spending, bank or other farm issues.
