Giving Access to Tags

It would be very useful if you could give farm managers access to their individual management tags ie the farm they are managing. Currently we can't give the farm managers any access to Farm Focus software as we don't want them accessing some of the other farms/tags info and also some of the companies directors personal information (ie management fees paid, investments held, personal drawings etc)

Hi Alex,
I understand that it is handy to manage the level of financial information you share with your staff. Are you aware that several of our reports have the ability to filter for tags: actuals completed, cashflow detail, variance and YTD variance.
One work around is to download any of these individual reports as a PDF and print/send to your staff. That way you retain control of the financial information you share with various staff members.
I will keep this suggestion open to establish if other users would find this feature useful. Thanks for your ongoing custom.

Yip, that is what we do which works ok. The main area of frustration is currently around entering budgets, I can't give the farm managers any access to do this in FF. So they spend hours getting frustrated creating the budget in excel, send it through to me who then spends hours entering it and going back and forth to the managers with questions etc. It would be a whole lot simpler and way more efficient if I could give the managers access to their tags so they can directly enter their own budgets. Any work arounds for this currently?
