Feature Requests

Would like to be able to copy a planned item fortnightly, rather than minimum monthly. We pay our worker fortnightly which means that to get the plan accurate I currently have to manually enter each fortnightly payment.

In cashmanager we could extend budget to 18 moths or more, picking up other budgets under same name (eg, main) therefore having a continuous budget which we could work on over a period of years. Then when saving it would return to financial year and update all the years budgets which have been modified. Good for repeating transactions, entering defered milk payments, seeing cashflow changes months/next finacial year to monitor OD status, doing multiple year budgets all on one page, varying inputs/output costs and predicting effects next financial year etc....

e.g. we have 2000 lambs to kill for the year. Why can't we enter 2000 and then spread over x number of months, with a per head value? We used to be able to do this in CMR.

(Just like you can match invoice to actual). I find that the planned items in budget just drop off & its really difficult to get through all planned items in budget & change/move each individual planned item to a forward date or match up & adjust the quantity or price & make a new plan item for remaining amount to carry forward etc. To just simply match the actual to the planned at the time you match the invoice to the actual, would Cut down time! Maybe its another box pops up below with budget & its just optional to match this trans to a budget item with a list of the current budget items that you can select from, then adjust the planned item to suit & match & then the rest of planned item (if applicable) carries over to forward date that you set, for forecasting. Would save going into budget & searching through & a lot of time. EG; planned 1000 ewes @ $90 month of march in budget. actual trans 820 ewes @$100 on 14march, remaining 180 ewes @$90 carries forward to (set date) or Buget - Fertiliser March $25000. Actual - Fertiliser 30 March $15000 - Remaining now not going on as changed plan/saved money, but still show $10000 to June as savings in fertiliser?? Dunno

When you copy a full actuals cashflow into a new budget or just individual lines copied, it would be great if the notes were also copied over. That way the 'new' budget you have created will have some meaning to it when you next go into a figure to remind yourself of what that figure was made up of.

Would be very helpful to have the option to have a monetary figure to put against stock transfers for budgeting purposes between farm tags. Currently having to do an actual cash sale and purchase between tags altering cash income and expenses. Cheers

When updating the cashflow it would be a huge timesaver if we could right click to add a coded item to the working plan. If I copy line 2 overwrites other items in that cell

To make it much faster to find discrepancies between planned current month and actual current month could they be displayed together.

Hello, when we are looking at opportunities we need to create draft plans for ourselves and also to present to the bank and other investors. These plans are generally 3 or 5 years, so having the Drafts as a single stand alone year is very inconvenient. The ability to extend and carry on a draft over multiple years would save having to update opening balances every time a change is made, keep opening stock numbers tidy and report GST over balance date correctly to name a few. I would not want to set this as a working plan because they are not yet the main budget. Can we please have the ability to extend a draft over multiple years?

I'm just entering tax payments in the working plan for April (terminal tax and known amounts) and June (estimated provisional tax). It would be really cool if there was an option to make it record in needs action. Rather than having to re enter all the details. I imagine it would be another option under the 3dots to create item in needs action.
