It would be great to have a report showing Debtors and Creditors for a certain time Period or a report that captures the needs action screen at any one time with a total for each debtors and creditors

Would be good to be able to run consolidated reports for multiple farms or accounts. Cheers

Could you please set up reports so that they can be exported to Excel.

As a user I would like to see a GST summary for the year in the Accountants Annual report. This will allow me to compare the summary of the returns to what is filed with IR.

It would be great to be able to filter this report to take out columns you don't want to see. Also to remove all of the underlines

When exporting to APS (text file), the old way in Rural allowed us to select which bank account to export, but this function is missing in Focus. The old way in Rural also would export with the GST indicators so it correctly showed which had GST on income/expenses, the new way in Focus no longer does this. I now have to manually go through each transaction and add GST.

It would be really great if Farm Focus had the functionality to record notes in the variance report to explain the reason for the variance and then are able to print out a list of the variance explanations to use as reference in a meeting or for reporting to external invested parties. We currently extract info from focus to create a report like this in an excel spreadsheet which consumes time and is duplicating info however in saying that all who can use/refer to this info also really love it. Being able to do this directly from a variance report would be super, super helpful, save a whole lot of time and provide a commentary to those outside the business who we have given access to the numbers - accountants, banks, equity partners etc. Thanks

Trends reports are not valuable UNLESS the report can compare 4 or 5 yrs of actual data to date. Therefore has a custom date range. Cash Manger Rural had this valuable option. Comparing current yr info to date against 4 previous season Totals is not very valuable. Completing my request enables one to do performance financial comparisons yr to date.

It would be very useful if we could generate a creditors reports filtered by management tags. I need to be able to show each farm manager what bills I am paying for the farm they manage! What is the point in purchasing management tags when they can't be used in some important areas??
