hi there - i do board reports and like to keep all my reports in one document under different sheets. the variance report is one i need to put in also - i can export the cashflow ytd actual plus budgetted vs planned. this feature is not available on the YTD variance

Work around that I use on the meantime:

In excel (2021 or better including 365), use get data from file and select from pdf.

Being able to export variance reports to excel would make it a lot easier to make comments on variance when sending out to the team.

Hi, Thanks for your feedback.  Currently you can export the ABC report to  a CSV file and the Cashflow report to Excel.  
So we can continue to improve the product, can you outline the reasons why you'd like to export other reports to Excel?

Jane McLennan: I can then present/create reports how I like. I'd like reports with more comparatives so I can create this via Excel. Xero allows you to export all reports to Excel.

I will pass your suggestion of exporting the Variance report to Excel and the ability to add comments to the Variance report to the development team for consideration. I will also keep this post open to gauge support from other users. You are able to export your Farm Focus Cashflow report to Excel. Thanks for your ongoing custom.
