Hi Robyn,
We have two further work around you could consider:
- In the Actuals >Completed screen> press the financial year chip and select Custom. This allows you to input a custom date range, you are then able to filter by Other party. This should give you the information you require but unfortunately you can't take out columns you don't want to see.
- Within the ABC report filter by payment date, go to 'Print' and select Export to CSV. You are then able to manipulate your report as you see fit.

Hi Robyn, thank you for your feedback. We are looking at implementing more filtering options in the completed screen, this is in the backlog.
The ABC report however is perfect for this situation. This report allows you to filter as required. Here is a link to our help centre with an article on how to use this report:

Melissa Farm Focus Support: Hi Melissa, thanks for your reply. The ABC report isn't suitable for the reporting we require unfortunately. We were looking at using the Completed Coded Lines as it reports by Other Party. We need a report such as this to present to Board Members for retrospective payment approval. I have attached a report that we used to get out of Banklink. If you are able to tell me how we can replicate this out of Farm Focus I'd be very grateful. Thanks
