When emailing out invoices, the email is unproffessional with regards to the saluation. If the cmpany's name you are invoicing is, for example, ABC Farms Ltd, the email saluation is Hi ABC Farms Ltd. It would be good to have a field for contact names, for example John and Sally, so the email then reads Hi John and Sally. It would also be good to be able to add in something like "Thank you for your business. If you have any queries please contact ......"
