Feature Requests

Currently we save while coding and invoice automatically closes and sends you back to needs action. It would be handy to be able save large invoices ie Farmlands and stay in the invoice to keep coding.

We need to be able to create these for our calf rearing business Top Notch Calves where we buy milk from farmers. Is this something that will be looked at? Or is there someway I can do these now, as we will start buying milk next month.

It would be great to be able to tweak or amend invoices after they were finalised as I have had a number of times where I have found I incorrectly typed a number or accidently double charged something. It would be much easier to tweak it before it was matched and paid rather than having to delete invoice and start again.

Ability to print draft invoice (a/c receivable invoices)

As a user I'd like to be able to add rates/prices to different products/services that I use for invoicing purposes.

It is great now that we are able to email directly. Thank you. I would like to be able to add a signature to the email, to make it a little more personalised. The message is good thankyou.

When creating tax invoices it would be great to have an area to enter the type of unit eg. tonnes, bags, bales, boxes & so on. At the moment you can enter the quantity but not the unit type. I would like to be able to put Wheat 5.96 t or Straw 76 bales. We were able to do this in the CMR debtors module.

When emailing out invoices, the email is unproffessional with regards to the saluation. If the cmpany's name you are invoicing is, for example, ABC Farms Ltd, the email saluation is Hi ABC Farms Ltd. It would be good to have a field for contact names, for example John and Sally, so the email then reads Hi John and Sally. It would also be good to be able to add in something like "Thank you for your business. If you have any queries please contact ......"

need 2 monthly repeating which doesn't seem to be an option
