Defaulting dates

When coding a lot of payments at the same time, prior to transactions going through the bank transactions - it would be very helpful if the dates defaulted. We need to code the transactions before payment is due because the invoices are taken away for payment by another business partner to process on internet banking

Date generation auto to 20th of next month

As 90% of accounts are paid the 20th of the following month the payment date should defaults to this date. OR have it as a "Go to" or switch on or off function. Great for us people that are entering data every day.

It would be helpful for this to either default to nothing (creating an error if you don't select something) or the ability to set a default date eg the xth of the month.

Producing several Invoices

When producing several invoices in one sitting it is very clunky to have to go back to the Actuals screen each time to 'Create a New Invoice'. After 'Preview & Generate' it would be nice and easy to have the option to 'Create New Invoice' after that, on the same page. And when the new invoice comes up it then has the same date details as the last invoice created. Producing 30 invoices at once, and having to go back a page each time is time consuming and frustrating, especially when then having to update all the dates with the same information as per the previous 29 invoices.

Could you please remove the Due Date column--or give us the option to remove it.
Also, it would be much better if the date which comes up automatically was the date previously used, and not the present date. I usually enter data once the invoice has been completed which is earlier than the date the data is being entered.

Tax invoice due date

As a user that sends out a large quantity of invoices, I would like to be able to set payment terms (e.g. 20th of the month following), so the due date is already set correctly when creating a tax invoice.

Auto enter date

When doing invoices, it would be good if focus would remember the last date that I entered, and then use that date again and again until I change it. That way, if Im creating 20 invoices I wont have to repeatedly enter the full date 20 times. Likewise, the due date. Could there even be the possibility of having some options in the settings area for us to be able to set the due date for the 20th of the month following invoice date, or 7 days, or whatever we choose?

When creating a invoice, have the bill payment due date automatically loaded. ie 14 days after invoice date. Having to work that out manually at the moment

To have the invoice date automatically duplicate the date of the last invoice made. Then when you go to invoice again the next time once you change the date of the first invoice, the others will automatically be 'made' on that date until it is changed again.

It would be great for the 'due date' to remain the same when creating a Money Out Invoice. It flicks back to todays date on every invoice, when they are all to be paid on the 20th of the month. Having to change it every time is a nuisance

Where an invoice has no due date shown.....could 20th of following month be a default..
instead of using the actual invoice date as the due date?
