We need to be able to create these for our calf rearing business Top Notch Calves where we buy milk from farmers. Is this something that will be looked at? Or is there someway I can do these now, as we will start buying milk next month.

This is a feature that needs to be added - Buyer Created Invoice.
It is needed when we credit invoice to a supplier. The current invoice feature shows the amount that we will credit to them in brackets; then down the bottom of invoice it tells the supplier to pay funds into our bank account which is not correct as we are paying them. This is not only confusing for the Supplier we are crediting, but also incorrect.
Please make this feature a priority - as you can see many other users have also voted on this feature request!

Would be great to have the ability to click an icon like 'create invoice', but called 'create purchase order', and create a Purchase Order. Once information has been filled in/selected, to then have the ability to email this to clients . It is becoming a more regular request from our clients as part of the end to end sales process. We have been doing Word doc but unprofessional, inconsistent, and room for error. Once invoicing/payments have been completed, the P/O could be attached to the transaction - moving toward a paperless paperchain.

Would be good to be able to do this in Focus. With current system you can create an invoice for client that you owe money too but very limited. Figures are in brackets meaning it is a credit but that is not very clear. Only way to add that is a note under tax invoicing tab which is a generic change that you don't want on all invoices. Also that invoice does not have client's GST number which is required on a buyer generated tax invoice.

Hi Joanne, thank you for your feedback. We have passed this back to our development team and added this to our feature backlog. It is not currently being worked on but we will monitor votes for priority.

Absolutely need a buyer created invoice option this is a large part of our business - could do on the old cash manager system

Hi Andrew, while this is not currently under development, this has been added to our backlog for enhancements. The option currently is to have the credit shown in brackets, and with the personalised notes you will need to revert back to your standard notes after the Buyer Generated invoice has been finalised. We will leave this post open to see how many more votes we get for this enhancement.
