Personalised message on Emailed Tax invoice

It is great now that we are able to email directly. Thank you. I would like to be able to add a signature to the email, to make it a little more personalised. The message is good thankyou.

When emailing out invoices, the email is unproffessional with regards to the saluation. If the cmpany's name you are invoicing is, for example, ABC Farms Ltd, the email saluation is Hi ABC Farms Ltd. It would be good to have a field for contact names, for example John and Sally, so the email then reads Hi John and Sally.
It would also be good to be able to add in something like "Thank you for your business. If you have any queries please contact ......"

Ability to add a note only onto the overdue debtor invoice you are resending, so that it does not remain in notes for any new invoices created after the fact.

Would like to see the option to click on "Send Reminder Invoice" with appropriate wording of invoice that differentiates it from the original i.e. "Overdue Invoice - reminder to pay by due date. If already paid thank you."

If you are wanting to add a comment to the email, I would recommend emailing the invoice from your own email server. This way you can attach the invoice (PDF that has been downloaded) and add comments to the body of the email as needed.

I agree with Jo, thank you so much for the feature of being able to email invoices directly from Farm Focus. It would be great as she has suggested to be able to add a Personal Message/Signature to the email if we want to rather than downloading the invoice and sending manually from an email programme.
