When coding a lot of payments at the same time, prior to transactions going through the bank transactions - it would be very helpful if the dates defaulted. We need to code the transactions before payment is due because the invoices are taken away for payment by another business partner to process on internet banking

I miss the filter function from Cash Manager. I would like to be able to filter for several things at once in the completed transactions for example all years, rm:w, other party and note.

Make direct debits obvious so we dont include them in a batch payment eg in Rural they were a different colour

HI There, I was thinking that it would be very helpful if you could preview an attached invoice. This way when i go to coding out the line items i can see it! Like you can with photos etc on your computer. Much easier than printing it off. Cheers Vivienne

It would be very helpful to have a fully supported visa feed. At present you have to manually import each month. Additionally, when you do import, cashmanager uses the transaction date, but visa uses the processed date. So they don't line up and you have to manually edit every transaction date.

There is currently a limit of 40 characters in invoice descriptions, can we please increase this to 200?

When entering a purchase or sale of an asset it would be great if there was a direct link to the asset register so we dont have to double enter info. Also something that shows in the transaction part to say this item has been added to register.

When will there be all the bank feeds available please for Heartland? Heartland is supposed to be the farmers bank? This product was sold to our client over xero without our collaboration and does not have the bank feeds that cash manager rural had, had we known that, we would not have recommended your product. I know we can import via qif but still annoying. As an accountant, we can't see the clients bank statements in real time and have to ask them to do this - we would have encouraged client to go to xero if we had known this. Thanks

For clients on invoice basis it is important that we can enter both invoice date and payment date for each transactions line. Currently we can only enter invoice date once and payment date once per record. For example a PGGW statement has many different invoice dates within it. In the old cash manager I was constantly changing the date for each line of the transaction which I can no longer do. It means we are reporting some income/expenses in the incorrect GST period which is not ok.

When invoices have been matched to the batch payment, in the completed screen you cant see what invoices they were for
