Farmlands Statements automatically attached to corresponding transaction

As above. With Farmlands as a Connector, statement details comes through but then we code, merge and split out likes of electricity account. It would be good for Farmlands Statement to automatically be attached to transaction line, in case we or our Accountant or IRD needs to see that statement

It would be great to have the Farmlands statement automatically attach when the Farmlands auto feed comes through, so I don't have to save it and attach manually. Although the informaton comes through line by line, detail for other party transactions is not included, and it's handy to have the actual statement in any case.

Hi Meg, Thank you for your feedback. This is not currently a feature but has been logged with our development team.
In the meantime you can click and drag the attachment directly from your emails and "drop" onto the Farm Focus screen when the invoice is sitting open, and this will attach the document for you. Thanks for your ongoing custom.

Hi, thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately Farmlands, PaySauce etc do not send through the original invoice with the feed. We have requested this and will let you know when we start development on it.

Thank you for your comments. We have this on our enhancement backlog and will keep you posted on progress.
In the meantime, an easy way to attach the statement is to click and drag it from your emails onto the Farm Focus screen when you have the Farmlands invoice open. This will attach the statement quickly for you. You can also drag and drop any other important info here to store with the Farmlands invoice such as phone bills or insurance that is paid through farmlands.

I have noticed when you receive a direct feed and then you code your invoice there is no copy of the actual invoice saved in Farm Focus as with using the invoice scanner.
This means I have to manually add a copy.
Shouldn't a copy of the actual invoice be included when you receive the feed

Agree, at the moment I just upload a copy from My Farmlands

The same with Farmsource as well have to manually upload which is a pain this should come automatically attached in case the accountant needs to refer back to said invoice while doing end of year accounts
