Feature Requests

Currently we save while coding and invoice automatically closes and sends you back to needs action. It would be handy to be able save large invoices ie Farmlands and stay in the invoice to keep coding.

Ability to print draft invoice (a/c receivable invoices)

We have got a couple of clients who are late payers so I would like to be able to have an automatic overdue reminder email option and the option of having a late fee added.

When creating an invoice there is the ability to add another email recipiant - which is great is there anyway you have the ability to add an email address to the contact when you get to the end and realise there is no email in the contact - sooooooo goood

There needs to be a feature introduced for double entry warning of the same invoice number (especially for money out) so you dont create a duplicate invoice.

When a customer over pays an invoice you should be able to record this as an over payment and then apply this to the next invoice that is generated for that client.

It would be really helpful on the coding screen if the little bank account confirmation icon could show next to the name of the contact in the "Other party" section, so you can see while you are still in editing mode if the bank details are there/you have selected the correct name or not.

Can the multiplier have 3 decimal points rather than 2

When viewing the needs action screen, it would be good to be able to hide the left hand side "invoices" so that you could view only the "Transactions". Helps when working on a smaller screen.

Could you colour or highlight unpaid invoices on Tax Invoice page so you can see them at a glance ?
