sort by GST type and code in the GST preview

It would be helpful to sort the coded lines in the GST report by GST type and code. At the moment we can code by either, but it would be more effective to review the coding under each GST type so we can review that the coding and the GST type are correct before we finalise the GST return.

Hi, Thanks for your feedback. You are able to sort the coded lines by GST type. If you go into the GST report and go to the bottom of the report and click on the arrow button next to Coded lines, it will display all the detailed coded lines.
Each of the headers have a drop down arrow key, you are able to use this to sort the codes.
If you click Code, it will sort by Code.
If you click Type it will sort by GST Type
If you click on Other Party it will sort by Other Party etc

Jane-Farm Focus: Hi Jane, I did know that I can sort by GST type or Code or Other Party etc, thank you. But I am requesting the feature to be able to sort by GST type first and then by Code at the same time so that I could sort all of the GST exempt expenses by code, for example, or all of the transaction with GST type B by code. This format is helpful for reviewing the GST return. It is easy to spot a GST type error or a coding error when you review a report by code and by GST type at the same time.
If I sort by code it would be handy to have all of the same GST type expenses grouped together. Likewise, if I sort by GST type it would be handy to have all of the transactions with the same code grouped together under the various GST types.
