Please can we have the scanning system extended to scan livestock kill sheets or payments. As dairy farmers we received numerous bobby payment advices a week and to flick these through the scanner to have this information automatically come into the system would be so great. These are becoming so a chore to match up the payment advice with

the bank payment. Please

It would be amazing to get kill sheets coming straight in to Focus. Invoice scanner doesn't bring these through well and you still need to enter weight information manually

Hi Sherryl - thank you for your comments. We are working with the invoice scanner software so that in future the scanner is able to read killsheets and information from the Meatworks.

Yes I also have trouble here, seems i have to review the scanner every time I send a SFF through, I thought the more we scanned through the smarter it got at recognising what we wanted from the invoice?

Thanks Georgie, we are currently looking into options for Killsheet information to be fed through directly into Farm Focus. In the meantime, you can still use the invoice scanner but will need use the "Fill the Gaps" function to select the correct data, and income figures need to be entered as a negative.
