Hi, I can see you are wanting to record the event date after payment date so that event date truly reflects the day the animals left or came on to the farm. We have a business rule in Farm Focus that forces the invoice date to be the same as event date, and invoice date must be on or before payment date. I realise your stock rec will not be a true reflection of "stock on hand" if you enter the invoice date to be the same as payment date, however this is the only option at this point.
