SO DAMN INCONVENIENT that you cannot make the GST payment at the time of filing return. WORSE still that IRD won't allow you to make a payment if it shows zero balance then penalises you for not making payment; what is the work around please. And when on earth will you get on to this????? So bad.

Hi Jeane, thanks for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that this process is not meeting your needs. We recommend that customers pay their GST within their online banking. We cannot set up a a direct payment from Farm Focus to IRD or to the bank as there is particular information required for this payment (IRD number, Tax period, Tax Type etc). Once you have filed your report via Farm Focus then you can go and make your payment in your online banking.
