There is increased use of scan2focus where invoices are readily being forwarded to the scanner and placed in Invoices for coding, it is such a wonderful tool. Now that we have Document Storage in the Vault, it would be great if we could forward emails that have Account Statements directly to the Document Storage box (like if it had an inbox and then we created folders to place the forwarded docs into). You wouldn't require a scanner, as you don't use the detail. You just need the attachment to fall into an Inbox. You could do that with HP docs, loan docs, or really anything other than invoices that have been attached to an email.
