Another great addition to EFS would be a subtotal of Interest & Rent, similar to what we have for Farm Expenses. Knowing your total Int & Rent, as % of GFR, $/SU, or $/MS is a key metric used by many banks and consultants.

Knowing our cost of production, per unit of output, is really important. It is likely to increase in future as we compare different land uses.
