We now have a connector with Fonterra that allows your monthly milk supply statements to directly feed into Farm Focus.

Mikayla - Farm Focus is it possible for this process to also upload the pdf copy of the farmsource invoice and milk statements?? At the moment we still have to locate and upload these files.

Jessicah Win: We have asked for this but at this stage they are unable to send it through with the file we receive. We will continue to follow up to see if it becomes a possibility.

Mikayla - Farm Focus Is is possible for the milk deductions (levies etc) to come through as separate lines on the same invoice rather than a different transation? So I only have to upload the statement once? I feel like this has changed in the last month or two and I prefer it how it was at the start!

Hi Sherryl,
The invoice scanner uploads invoices only, not statements. However you can connect to have a direct feed with your Farmsource account (if you don't already) if you see in the Connectors section of your Settings. We are working with Fonterra to have a direct feed with them in the future, and will keep you posted on when this is available.
