We had previously used Cash Manager Rural where we could save a description relating to a particular code and pick it up from a drop down box for ease of future processing of these same transactions. This allows for us to be consistent with the details in our descriptions. and would be really handy in Farm Focus but I must say the new prepopulating of the description for the codes does help in some instances.
