In Cash Manager Rural we used to have the ability to create a budget using last years actuals and adding a percentage increase. This was incredibly useful. Can we bring back this feature?

We, and many dairy farmers, plan on a 3 year average of actuals. It would be great to be able to create a plan at the click of a button. even better if we could select the specific years to average (eg, don't select drought year)

Inflation

Is there a simple way to add an inflation multiplier to costs when creating a budget. It would be useful to be able to do that in specific codes. For example Vehicles Fuel. If you create a budget from last years actuals, it would be good to click on a code and have the option to change by a % multiplier.

Please please add this feature to focus plus the ability to delete whole sections. Budgeting with focus is going to take so so much longer.
