Is there a way when printing out a batch file that the order can match the needs Action list. Would make for easier checking in order to see nothing has been missed or all is correct?

Before printing your batch file, you can order it by any of the headings highlighted in the screenshot attached. The Needs Action screen can also be ordered by the same headings.
Within the Needs Action screen, you also have the option of searching by a batch number as shown in the second screenshot.
