when invoices are mailed and you send them to the scanner function and then the statement come and you send it to the scanner also, there is a double up of payments, but not information. If you could link the invoices and the statement to avoid double payment but gather and consolidate all the relevant information in a way that isn't clunky would be good.

At the moment I'm not sure whether it is best to send the invoices to the scanner to have the details but they come separated out by when the are sent, or to send the statement which has it consolidated, but then I need to add the detail.
