It would be great if there was a wee symbol to show that a transaction has a file attached while in the "Needs Action" view. I attach my electronic invoices here and it would be great to quickly be able to see if any are missing an invoice.

Any invoices and transactions with an attachment will show a paperclip icon with a number to indicate how many attachments have been added.

Hi James/Katie, thank you for your feedback. We have added your request to our enhancement backlog. We'll keep you updated on progress.
In the meantime, the Invoice Scanner feature is a great option to manage the storage of your documents while automatically capturing the rich data on your invoices.
