Analysis by code report - quantity decimal places

I find using the Focus Analysis by code (ABC) reports a excercise in frustration
In Cashmanager rural online I used ABC extensively as in when having expanded view selected reports were clear concise and easy to follow especially with ext code headings in a different colour
Focus ABC has too many lines, report is cluttered and not easy to define each extended code. Quantities don't show decimal places very frustrating when looking at tonnes of a various fertiltisers.
The default order of the various report components needs to be able to be changed by user or reset to look like what Cashmanger rural was
Currently Focus ABC is a extreme dissapointment

We are having the same issue with decimals for feed. When calculating tonnes of grain the decimal value is very important. This needs to be added to the reports ASAP please

I have used Cash Manager Rural since the year 2000 and have always been able to see tonnages to the second decimal place within analysis by code reports, seeing them rounded up or down to the nearest tonne is a step backward. I need to see grain tonnages to the exact decimal place for reporting onto harvest declarations, thirty B - Doubles could have left the farm within a couple of weeks and often there are only a few kgs of difference between these loads very frustrating to have to look up individual weighbridge tickets. Looking forward to an improvement in this feature very soon.

I see this feature has not changed yet. Still waiting for decimal places to show in report for quantities not just letting Focus round things up

Andrew Tripp: Totally agree... here we are looking at 12 months down the track - I would have thought it simple enough to make this change.
Would be particularly useful to have in place coming into Y/E and compliance time !!!

Just want to reiterate the frustration of 'quantities' in the ABC report not allowing decimal points to be utilised? Collating and reporting on fertiliser in particular has a need for part tonne analysis and my reports round it up to the nearest tonne - which is not helpful at all.

Agree with Andrew Tripp below, I have had the same issue when doing ABC reports on Fertiliser. 0.5t rounding over multiple transactions creates rubbish numbers. Also sometimes you are going through looking for a specific transaction based on the quantity which should match what you have entered. The number of decimals should exactly match what is entered in the transaction item

Quantities need to show the decimal places that were entered. Eg 4.52T of Palm Kernal is 4.52T not 5. By the time you add 30 transactions together over the year in the ABC report the total quantity of rounded figures can be quite different to the actuals.

Hi John & Annette, please select the View icon in the ABC report to refine the report to your preferences. You can turn colums on or off, and select Cents to see your dollar amounts to 2 decimal places.
The default order is in the order of your Farm code list, which you can change the order of if you like.
The filter icon also lets you select specific codes or categories to view.
You can click on the chevrons to expand or collapse the level of detail.
We will feedback you request about decimal places on the quantities to our enhancement team.

Totally agree on the decimal places. Rounding up 1.5 tonne of fertiliser to the same 'unit' price as 2 tonne?? Not helpful when looking at previous averages for updating plans with current price rises. Defeats the benefit of having unit prices displayed.
