analysis by code

Hi,
When I try to print or save to file/pdf whatever the analysis by code report, it doesn't show all of what is written in the description column.
That is the part of the whole thing I need more than the rest, as that is where I put the details of the transaction.
Is it possible to make it so the description doesn't get minimised or cut off when doing this? Or even swap places with the reference column or something?
It's very frustrating.
It shows up fine on screen, but doesn't come out like that on the printed or saved report.
I don't want to have to print screen then paste into word or somewhere every time I want the details on paper for a later discussion.
Cheers

You can now change the print font size on the top right hand side of your reports. If there is a long description or note the text will wrap underneath.

I also have this same issue with my GST reports. there is heaps of space in the column allocated for the code (codes usually less than 4 characters in my database) and then the description only shows like half of what is written.
Waste of time having the audit trail part if you can't print the description

I also find this frustrating. I like to print a paper copy of the Accountants report, or ABC reports, and the description allows about 17 characters before creating another line which requires far too much paper. I liked the Rural format, where I used one line per transaction but had enough detail. I realise space is allocated in the format for other reporting categories but eg. quantity is not much more than 4 digits and appears to have so much space, when I really want to have more space in description. I've tried printing in Landscape mode but it still uses too much paper. Thanks
