Add note to box at bottom of Invoice

I would like to add a note that shows to the customer in the 'NOTES' box about paying on invoice. I want this for individual customers not all.

I'd like these Notes to be specific to the invoice.... notes to particular lines is too specific, and a global Note is too general and messy to edit for every invoice.
