Being able to view June actuals ( excluding May paid June items that relates to the previous season ) But also being able to view items for May pd June that relates to this season but will be in next years budget/working plan. Will have to set a working plan for next season also I am picking.

Hi Tom, thank you for your feedback.
When in the budget, you can use the 'View' icon to turn on the 'Show financial year items' column.
This flags anything to do with a prior financial year as well as adding a future FY column for any items relating to the following financial year.

Mikayla - Farm Focus This isn't what I am looking for, i am wanting to be able to put budget figures in the June (13th month of budget) for May paid June invoices, currently you can view it but not enter figures. I also want all the May paid June from the previous year to be shown below the financial year surplus as Last Years transactions as it was used to be in Cash Manager. I have talked at length to Farm Focus about this. Please make it happen. It would make the cashflow a much more useful budget tool

I totally agree and have been asking for this since Cash Manager changed to Farm focus. It is the only way to give the cashflow relevance when using it as a budget
