Default Planner View - customise to user preferences

I would like the Planner configuration to show the second line with Quantities and then set this so that it stays the same whenever I go in and out of Planner.
Currently everytime I go out it defaults back to one line and I have to wait for the second line to reload - a lot of time wasted.
